Member Legal & Finance Assistance Services
Together with our external partners,
we aim to support members in the contractual process and in the
event of any disputes.
To this end we provide members with access to free standard format BMF contracts annually
reviewed by our Legal & Finance Service Committee, 24 hour free legal assistance provided by First
Assist, as well as access to our VAT and Scottish Law
Advisor.
We also offer a Dispute Resolution
Scheme, through the Academy of Experts an independent dispute
resolution body.
